Notification of abstract acceptance – September 13th, 2019
**All travel, hotel, and registration costs for attendance at the CanPROS conference will be the responsibility of the submitting / presenting researcher.
Abstracts that meet selection criteria will be awarded an oral presentation slot or poster display in the Abstract poster board area at the conference. Placement of the abstract within themed topics will be at discretion of the Scientific Committee. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and be structured as follows: Background/Introduction; Methods/Program/Innovation; Results: Conclusion/Significance.
Poster Presentation – Dimensions for displayed presentations are to be determined. One author of an accepted poster abstract(s) must be present during an assigned session to allow for dialogue with participants.
10 minute rapid oral presentations – consist of 5 minute presentations followed by 5 minute of Q & A.
Grouped with other like presentations, this format is best suited for recently started projects or projects (Clinical or Research) being contemplated. This is a great option for attendees who want to present their study protocol/preliminary results or trainees who seek feedback on their research proposal/preliminary results.
Abstract submissions for rapid oral presentations should follow the prescribed clinical or research format. Submitting authors must specify the abstract theme under which the work is to be considered. Abstracts should include 2 to 3 questions for which authors are seeking feedback.
15 minute individual oral presentation – consists of 10 minute presentations and 5 minutes of Q & A. Abstract submission for clinical or research presentations are welcome. Submitting authors must specify the abstract theme under which the work is to be considered.
